We are a "mother-daughter" team with over 45 years total experience in helping people buy and sell homes in the northern Indiana area.

Barb's career began in 1979 Goshen. A former owner of Century 21 Landmark Realty Group, her accomplishments include the Century 21 Centurion Award and the Century 21 Quality Service Award given for excellence in service and sales. Named Elkhart County Realtor of the Year in 1995 Barb has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer yearly since 1982.

Christina graduated from Manchester College in North Manchester Indiana and sold homes there for 5 years before "coming home" to Goshen 10 years ago. She immediately earned the Century 21 Rising Star award for sales, followed by the Masters Award and then the coveted Centurion Award. She also holds the Century 21 Quality Service Award and has been a multi-million dollar producer for many years.

Both of us live in Goshen, a friendly place that we are proud to call home. Our community involvements include the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, the YWCA Salute to Women of Elkhart County, the Goshen Human Relations Commission, Elkhart County Master Gardeners, LaCasa HelpAHouse, Goshen Park Board and other groups and agencies over the years. We have forged strong ties to the community and our efforts have helped to strengthen the community itself.

Our market area includes Elkhart and St Jo County, encompassing South Bend, Mishawaka, Elkhart, Goshen and the surrounding small communities and rural areas. We know this area and the homes and neighborhoods very well and enjoy showing it to others.
